A farm owner may have been serving crocodile, cat and zebra meat to unsuspecting consumers from his market stall in Ga-Rankuwa, northwest of Pretoria. The man, identified by police only as “Dos Santos”, was busted by the Hawks with hundreds of kilograms of animal skins, carcasses, processed meat and animal skeletons on his farm. Times LIVE reporter Kevin Shalvey went to the farm, where 200 crocodiles were also discovered, 180 of which have since gone missing.
I tried to watch your TV broadcast about the crocks being sold but it kept breaking up. How can I watch SABC’s programs please? All the very best from British Columbia, Canada.
