In this week’s episode of the Political Notebook, Sunday Times Editor, Ray Hartley spoke to the 2010 Local Organising Committee CEO Danny Jordaan. Jordaan said Africa must invest in youth development if they want to succeed in the upcoming 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil.
i couldnt have said it better, develop a young blood for the near future. It’s our turn now
Truth spoken! The youth is our future and sport and education are the vehicles that will create a winning society. The man is a Miracle Manager – He could be the next President after his great World Cup delivery!
i agree, should be at grassroots level, should also include the amature clubs that train the kids and not only the so called acadamies that get their players from the clubs who in the first place put in the hard work, most acadamies are purely interesred in the art of making money.the investment if any should be spread around to all clubs especially the club that cater for juniors and not go to one team clubs.
