The Constitutional Court ruling to overturn a High court interim order on E-Tolling could have dire consequences for the South African public. Speaking after the Constitutional court ruling on Thursday, civil activist group Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance said the ruling could “restrict” broad-based citizen groups from effectively challenging decisions taken by government.
