Organisation behind the scenes leading up to the final show of Joburg Fashion Week, seemed to have been on track as models had their hair and make up done in preparation for David Tlale’s Autumn/Winter 2011 collection themed ‘Made in the City’. The show which started two hours beyond the scheduled time, did not disappoint those who were patient enough to wait. David Tlale shares the inspiration behind his collection, talks about his models and his exclusive opportunity to showcase his designs on the Nelson Mandela bridge.

Please don’t show us videos that are so broken l can’t even listen, each is a second long, then it starts and stops, this continues to the end and its so frustrating. The slides were amazing l think we must give thumbs up for David, l really liked the idea of the Nelson Mandela bridge catwalk its unique and a great tribute, Africa you are making your mark in the world of fashion keep it coming.
