Ground zero mosque uproar continues
The planned construction of a 13-story Islamic centre two blocks away from Ground Zero has gripped the United States in a raging controversy. Some Americans see the centre, which will include a mosque, as an offense to those who died in the September 11 attacks perpetrated by Islamic terrorists. New York Muslims and free speech activists defend the building as a symbol of American freedom, and an opportunity to help Americans see that not all Muslims are terrorists.

Think about it, without religion, the Twin Towers would still have been there. It is time to rid mankind of these debilitating hearsay stories from ancient books. Keep churches and mosques clear from this reminder of what religion did to mankind.

Will any Moslem country allow any Christian Church or even allow people to preach Christianity, think not, why should it be allowed in an area where Moslems, with the blessings of most Moslem countries albeit tacit, supported the downing of the Twin Towers and use of suicide bombers, perhaps some person should do the same at Mecca

Moslems the world over believe in the concept of jihad or holy war and it was these same jihadists that carried 9/11 attacks. Now why erect a training camp for more jihadists at the site of their worst crime against humanity.Maybe we shud ban all religion coz it drives sane men and women to insanity and Islam in particular is a prime example of this.
