Sunday Times Literary Awards honours SA authors

The 2010 Sunday Times Literary Awards took place at the Summer Place in Johannesburg. It was attended by luminaries including Nadine Gordimer, Moeletsi Mbeki and Ahmed Kathrada. The awards also celebrated the 21st anniversary of the Alan Paton Award, which was won by Justice Albie Sachs for his book The Strange Alchemy of Life and Law. The Sunday Times Fiction Prize went to Imraan Coovadia for his book High Low In-between.
