There is no joke in abuse of power though, and clearly this was a power struggle where it looks like Julius came off second best. What do you think? I just believe that each and every individual has a way of reaction towards an action we feel is not right. When you are at your home and you busy talking but your child talks back, you can easily snap and slap him or her.
