The African National Congress is to launch a veterans wing in Esselen Park, Ekurhuleni.  The new body will cater for members who are older than 60 and have served the party for 40 years.  The league will have the same voting rights as the women’s and youth leagues.

The veterans will all receive a fat pension without ever having contributed a single cent. Or ever having payed taxes. Viva, comrades, viva! The ANC will always buy the votes with schemes such as these.
