great article. Mr Kgosana is one humble person and a great inspiration.

I would like to say I have read about Mr Kgosana so much in my life that one might even think that I know him personally. This is a man who many have failed to recognise as a true leader in the world of accounting, maybe because he is just too humble.
I would, however, disagree with the statement he makes to the effect of saying that blacks “were” given “mundane” jobs at audit/accounting firms. I want to assure Mr Kgosana that such a situations is still rife in most audit firms, it might be that KPMG, as I have come to understand, is leading the pack in terms of transformation(and again, thanks to him), but others are trailing way behind.
I, however, commend the good work he has always done, the sacrifices he has made(both in public and private life). In him we have found hope that this field of study has a future for our fellow black people, and all other races for that matter. Since being a member of the KPMG family, the organisation has moved so fast in transformation that we even wonder how the ever got it wright, they have the likes of Ndivho Trust that has really raised the profile of some young black people in the world of Internal Audit to be precise, especially women, and all these, because they had good leadership.
I am no fan of KPMG, in fact, we compete bitterly, but I am, and will always woo for Mr Moses Kgosana, a pioneer in my eyes, a visionary as modest a lamb, but yet as effective as a warrior crossing the Lepelle river reading himself for war, which when won, will be beneficial not only to him, but to even those whose names he does not even know, and further to those he has not even met.
All the luck I wish upon you Ntate Kgosana.
Thank You.
Patrick
