This is utter rubbish. What ever happened to performance bases bonuses? Reward should be granted to those hard workers who go above and beyond their duty and job description to help grow a company. Instead, many just do the bare minimum to avoid losing their jobs and then expect a 13th cheque at the end of the year. We’re breeding a culture of entitlement and its rotting from the core (read: Most in positions of power)
