It’s very refreshing to see a media release that provides both oponents the opportunity to openly display their arguments. Thank you Vumani! A question I have is does it make a difference whether weapons are man-made or of “military significance”? Is it not the fatal effect of the weapon that is to be considered? How can one defend the killing of innocent victims under the premise that the weapons used being “militarily insignificant”? Since when is a murder brought to trial on the type of weapon used and not the act of murder itself?
