but where is her Partner Gert-Johan Coetzee?
i think it’s unfair of her to overshadow him….
everywhere i read they talk of the Label as if it’s Uyanda’s?
can someone explain to me how this partnership work please? because as far as i know, he is the designer!
is he doing Sandy’s dresses for Strictly Come Dancing again? now those were amazing!!!!

i think they are 50:50 in the label, i have read some articles,
but i think it’s all the media’s work , because all they care about is selling their papers, and not who they degrade..
but people has brains, and can think for themselves,
but they do make a great team!

No, Uyanda is the media champion for the label house of Diamonds. Yes, she works within a team that also comprises of the creatives & distrubutors (I’m sure if they had to all be spokepersons we will be even more confused).

Their business model is similar to that used by Paris Hilton’s sister; the dumb blond Jessica Simpson; and of course Nhlanhla of the Mafikizolo fame.

The show was great!

I just loved Cindy’s presense… That gal is fabulous!

because designers don’t stitch.
i see great things for this label!
they truly do have an amazing talant!
i would have loved to see the show,
but i saw the pictures, Cindy’s dress was very nice!
but the evining dresses was my fav! loved them!
and those tracksuit kind of outfits!
what material is it made out of? looks like it has some kind of a golden sheen?

and Gert-Johan Coetzee with Uyanda Mbuli does the designing. and Mel-D, i don’t know why she calls it her Label? but i don’t think the guy interviewing her has done any research on the Label, so you can’t blame Uyanda..
but if she says it’s her label on purpose, she is being very selfish!

i only caught up on this now,
let me explain how i think this works – Uyanda and Gert started the label together, they own 50perc each.
Uyanda doesn’t say it’s her label, if you watch the video and listen, she says “we” which means more then one,
obviously she is a Celebrity and the Red Carpet Queen so people will hammer more on her. but both of them are building up fan bases, and will confuse people which will resort into meaningless discussions like these, i don’t think that it’s fair to judge if you don’t know the situation. i wish them the best of luck.
