South Africans have disappointed themselves, these attacks are inhumane Zimbabweans put their economy on the line as a protest against apartheid , they sheltered exiled ANC leaders and now they cant ask you for the same help. The future is not always that bright these Zulus will find themselves in another mfecane, where will they go? Address the real issue and not attack mere victims of a rotten system

it wold’nt help and eradicate the situation if we still going to hear our president say… THE XENOPHOBIC ATTACKS ARE NOT GOING TO BE TOLERATED!!!! and still do nothing bout it. it is however, overwhelming and giving hope to see iconic figures like u sis Winnie, who take initiative and get hands on with the situation, and not just utter theories!! WHAT DOES U TATA MANDELA SAY ABOUT THIS????????? when the people he fought for, do exactly what they didnt want to be victims of? when he realises that the route that south africa is currently taking is contrary to the speech that he has once made that, ” never and never again will this county expierience such prejudice’….” this clearly says that all his hard work now is slowly but surely going to waste.. 2010???? ECONOMIC GROWTH OF OUR COUNTRy????? is there realy hope for this country at this stage?

I think the reaction of those who understand the history of African liberation has been slowly and I believe Winnie Visit will pave the way for more Icon of the Struggle to realise that the youth and some elements within our society dont understand our history and the contribution africans made for us to be free.

To all my fellow African’s in South Africa, hold on, the struggle is not yet over.

These attacks are mainly an act of laziness. Our fellow South African brother’s are showing us how little they think of us.

By jealousy act on other none south African ethnic group which they call xenophobia. Most African’s around the world know how to work under unbearable condition and still make the best of it.
South Africa is busy preparing 2010 world cup and this act just high light that the rest of Africa is not on their agenda.

I wish I was a South African so that I may tell my people that there is more to deal with in this country than xenophobia. That killing our brothers and sisters seeking refuge in the bottom of the African map is wrong.
We are all brothers and sisters.

Most attacks are made by Zulus who believed that by kicking out foreigner’s and killing the ones that resist the riot is the solution to all their problems.
For those one I would like to remind them of a great King named SHAKA ZULU.

His dream was to make the Zulu nation an African nation not by killing everyone but by conquering others and than making them Zulus.
Now what we are facing is a disgrace on Africa most powerful ethnic group.

I am asking all my Zulu warrior’s to stop and think before committing this disgracefull act.
Remember the Giant who came before you and acknowledge the power within you.

Make the correct decision, say no to xenophobia in any form of it.

Visitations of some fashionable national or international icons to a mourning people as fathers or mothers carry an element of comfort, a sense of concern and a picture of humanity. But to bring into place a kaleidoscope of the future one must understand that individual true sympathy should also be a solution to national apathy and xenophobia.
If anyone can be a compaigner of Sympathy and a foe against apathy, a true society can be built and solutions to crises can be obtained.
In this Expensive Migration to South Africa, Winnie Mandela has won the prix nobel of Sympathy during our struggles; her visit was a great solace. Our society needs another persone to end up apathy and xenophobia.
