3bn for a stadium not counting the kick backs etc. it is really worth it. but let us move our cameras to the shaks that are sorounding DBN , mmm stunning 3rand was spent to build that shak no kick backs etc were paid. world cup will never change peoples lifes but only the streets and buildings. the rich continues to get richer and the poor even worse. woze DBN
