Pity the luggage handling section is not behind glass. That way passengers can see how their bags are handled and will certainly put a stop to the stealing that goes on behind the brick walls. Camera’s are not enough.

I also had my case stolen at Capetown airport at the SAA counter.have been fobbed off by airport security.there is no CCTV operational at the SAA check so its a free for all.
