Lack of managerial skills reason for poor state hospitals
The ANC General Secretary Gwede Mantashe said misplacements and lack of managerial skills in hospitals were the reasons for the detoriating state of the public hospital system in this country. He was talking at the National Education, Health and Allied Worker’s Union conference held in the East Rand.
