Following the much controversial refereeing decisions on some world cup matches, Germany vs. England, and the Argentina vs. Mexico, FIFA president Joseph Sepp Blatter says that a new refereeing model could be on the cards.  Blatter says that although decisions had been made not to use technology in the 2010 World Cup, the matter will now be discussed.
