Results of a national survey on HIV/ Aids prevalence rate among students and academic staff in universities have been released. A total 23 000 students were interviewed from 21 institutions around the country. The survey showed that HIV prevalence among students and academic staff was at 3.4 percent and at 1.5 percent respectively.
