This matter seeks the will to respond, from both SETAs and SACPO. I say this bcoz there has been talks about this for the past 10 year or so. People should recall back to the consulatative document in the reign of prof. Asmal. The two parties (SETAs and SACPO) should actualise this endeavour in order for our country to deal with scarce skill problem. They should *** up with clear means of implimenting this program. In the absence of this means, the political will, which is clear, from the minister & the DG – higher education, will reamin retoric and unaction. Aluta!!!

They are lot of employees whch are released by government sectors, if they is a scarce skills the government needs to enforce the sector or to measure the sector on development. We need to indentify which skill is scarce and focus on that particular skills. The selection of feeling the positions in government sector is still a big question mark, you will incompetent persons on those position. The country is corrupy in one way or another.
