In a bid to ensure order in problem areas around Gauteng,  Community Safety MEC Khabisi Mosunkuthu has revealed plans for new year’s eve and New year’s day.  Dieketseng Maleke spoke to Dumisani Ngema, the department’s spokesman about those plans which include closure of certain roads around the Province.
