I am so much dissappointed see that justice for all is now been undermined and the freedom charter clearly explain that we shall be equal before the law but B. Cele statement to say shoot to kill does not provide proper security for all. When we speak of security for all we mean all who those live in our country should be protected. Sorry to say during T. Bheki the respect for human life was one of the priorities but to stop crime by doing another crime because you can only shoot when some’s life is in danger not drunk people having no guns.Lastlty it is like the system of swaart is gevaar is back because blacks are the most targets of this shoot to kill.
