JHB mayor on shack upgrade
Johannesburg Mayor Amos Masondo has devised a plan for upgrading informal settlements around Johannesburg. The objectives of the plan were to ensure that all citizens live in legally recognised settlements by 2014. Dieketseng Maleke spoke to the mayor and his team on how they plan to stop illegal settlements.
